I started out building, writing code and shipping at Terra, a YC health startup, where I went from zero to a shipped AI product in months. That experience taught me what it takes to move fast, and having a shiny product is not everything

From there I moved into McKinsey's Digital practice, where I work with large organisations from strategy to implementation: not just ideating and building AI, but deploying it at scale in environments where organisational complexity is the real constraint (and politics of course)

Nowadays there are too much hype and not enough actual impact. Everyone's building. Few are selling. Almost no one's creating lasting value
